Student complaints policy and procedure

UHI operates under the principles issued from the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman. These principles are that the policy and process should be accessible, fair, flexible, confidential, clear, and timely.

We can help you decide whether you wish to raise an informal or formal complaint, and there is a step by step guide on the procedure and timescale you can expect should you decide to raise a formal complaint.
