You can let LIS know what you think about our services in a number of ways. We have a form below that allows feedback to be logged about our helpdesk or website.
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding any LIS service then these must be received in writing or via email and should be sent to Mike MacDonald, Head of IT Services, University of the Highlands and Islands, Ness Walk, Inverness IV3 5SQ.
Please note this form is for providing feedback for the University's Learning and Information Services Department only. If you have a general enquiry about the University or our courses please use the information from the contact us page to ensure your enquiry reaches the right staff.
