14/05 We are experiencing performance issues on our network link to Perth. This is causing services at Perth to run slowly. This fault is being investigated by our network provider.

15/05 The network fault at Perth is still ongoing. Staff based at Perth are being advised to use MyUHI where possible for access to services as this will help limit the use of the network.

15/05 14:00 The network fault has now been fixed and services at Perth are operating normally.

JANET have a maintenance window every Tuesday morning from 0700 - 1000. Generally this will not affect the UHI network service, however it is a period where potentially there is some risk to the network service.
