Sales mastery: new approaches
To facilitate a sale, the seller has to embark on a voyage of discovery to explore the politics, the processes and the decision making that resides within the culture of the buyer's organisation. The selling process is only about 25% of the buying process - and to win the buyer over, the seller has to immerse them in the culture and decision making processes that lie behind the buyer's organisation.
Philip Atkinson will describe the buying model and explain by the adoption of new beliefs and behaviours, we can develop a loyal client whom you can retain and grow for future projects.
