Part-time study and Short Courses
We offer a wide variety of History and Scottish History modules at various levels which may be taken for personal interest or for career development. These can be taken as credit-bearing short courses (with assessments) or on an auditing basis (without assessment). These modules are available for study at our centres across Scotland and all are registered for ITA funding.
"I joined the Centre for History in January 2009 and since then have developed materials for and teach on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate modules, many of which relate directly to my own areas of research interest and expertise. My research is primarily focused on medieval Scottish political and military history, specifically on the Second Scottish Wars of Independence (1332-1357)."
