Residences Officer 0.6 FTE
|Salary range||£23,597 - £29,025 per annum (pro rata)|

A Residences Officer is required to assist with the university’s occupancy strategy for halls of residence in Inverness, Fort William, Dornoch, and Elgin. The role involves managing publicity and marketing of the residences, and to provide a customer-oriented service to potential tenants and their families during the recruitment period. The role also involves activities around promoting value for money and sense of community for existing students living in university residences.
Successful candidates will have experience in assisting with marketing, promotional, or recruitment activities in a large organisation, as well as a background in sales and/or lettings.
