Study skills
What are study skills?
Study skills range from how to plan and write an essay to how to present numeric information to how to manage your time and prioritise and much more. As your course progresses you may find that you need to develop additional study skills, such as research skills, or that you need to fine tune your written English or presentation style. Your student adviser and tutors will often be able to help you recognise the study skills you need to work on.
