MA (Hons) Gaelic with Education

What is special about this course?

The MA (Hons) Gaelic with Education is a special collaborative partnership between the University of Aberdeen and UHI Millennium Institute. The education/professional studies courses will be delivered predominantly through distance-learning mode, with students based in UHI colleges or learning centres. Students will be registered as University of Aberdeen students in years three and four of the course.

The course, which is delivered entirely through the medium of Gaelic, provides students with the opportunity to gain an Honours award and teaching qualification in four years and allows a direct route to teacher education in a field where there is a skills shortage.
