As the Student Terms and Conditions states, you are entitled, for whatever reason, to cancel your acceptance of a place at the University of the Highlands and Islands within a period of fourteen (14) days starting from the day after we receive notification of your acceptance of your offer. If you, or a third party, have paid a deposit or paid fees to the department and cancel within this statutory period, your deposit will be reimbursed without undue delay (excluding the non-refundable international application processing fee).
If your application was via UCAS, you should inform the UCAS customer contact centre of your decision.
If your application was made directly to us, you can use this form to cancel your acceptance of a place as described above, although you do not have to. You can also notify us of your cancellation in writing to the University of the Highlands and Islands, 12b Ness Walk, Inverness, Scotland, IV3 5SQ. If you wish to use this form please complete each question and submit.
