Feeling Great Student Health Week

At Orkney College UHI the following activities will be running as part of the university Student Health Week:

  • Monday 29th February, 12:20 to 12:40 – Lecture Theatre. A short 20-min high intensity fitness burst to banish those Monday blues with a qualified Personal Trainer
  • Tuesday 1st March, 12:15 to 12:45 – Conference Room. A Mindfulness for Wellbeing Session run by Y-people

Also taking place on Tuesday 1st March from 11:00 to 12:00 in the Lecture Theatre – NPS (‘legal highs’) talk from the National Drug Co-ordinator for Police Scotland

Health and Wellbeing support information will be on display in the foyer throughout the week.
