VC Master and UHI Servicedesk Merger
As of 1st December 2015, calls to 155 will now be answered by the UHI Servicedesk Team at 150. As we start to create the new Servicedesk and offer new services, we will be expanding the range of self service options which are available to all users.
If you VC is live or due to go live within 30 minutes when you call, your call will be passed straight to the VC Team for assistance
Self Booking forms for VC's are now available through the Webhelpdesk system and there is a new Self Service VC Booking Form guide. This will become the primary method of booking VC's.
Note, this does not affect Academic VC Timetabling procedures, which remain as they are.
