Changes to UHI Records

We have recently made a change to the way you login to UHI Records (https://studentjourney.uhi.ac.uk). This will make it easier for you to log in and will help to keep your data secure.

In the background, we have linked your UHI Records account to your UHI Microsoft 365 Account. This means once you are logged into other UHI Microsoft authenticated services, such as MyDay, Microsoft 365 & UHI VRE you will be automatically logged in to UHI Records.

How do you Log in?

Click the “Current Students & Staff Login” button, if you are already signed into your UHI Microsoft account you will be logged in automatically. If you are not signed in already, you will be taken to the UHI Microsoft sign in page where you can log in as normal with your username in the format {UserID}@uhi.ac.uk (e.g. 1230000@uhi.ac.uk), after login you will be taken into UHI Records.

 

KNOWN ISSUES

Being kicked out of UHI Records?

Iphone's and Mac's - We are aware of an issue with logging into UHI Records using these devices as the default web browser is Safari.  The issue is individuals being thrown out of UHI Records repeatedly whilst using the Safari web browser.  Please user another browser, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox to access this service.
