Early bird rates are available up to 29th February 2020. Thereafter a Standard rate applies up to the conference start date.

The early bird rate is £295.00 per delegate and there is a reduced rate of £185.00 to bona fide students.

Both of these rates include lunch and refreshments over the conference dates, and a Conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday 22nd April 2020. They also include a £10.00 contribution to a carbon offset initiative in the region.

Delegates should specify in the registration process if they wish to take a vegetarian option for the conference dinner. Any other specific dietary requirements can be met on request – again by specifying these requirements in the registration process.

If delegates do not wish to join the conference dinner then they should contact the conference organisers directly at eimr2020@uhi.ac.uk to arrange an amended payment process and fee.

Bona Fide students should state their study course or the research programme associated with their studentship on the registration form.  Students must be studying full time to qualify for a discounted rate. You will be asked to show your student ID at the Conference front desk as part of the venue registration.

From 1st March 2020 the standard rate of £365.00 per delegate will apply, with a reduced rate of £235.00 to bona fide students. These rates include lunch and refreshments over the conference dates, and a Conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday 22nd April 2020.
