ICT Support Technician

Salary range £19,888 - £24,460 per annum

We are looking for a dynamic person who has excellent people and communication skills.  You must have a pleasant and friendly manner and should feel comfortable dealing with people at all levels of the organisation.

You will have good analytical skills and be able to deliver advice and information on the use of a wide range of ICT technology.  You will also be dealing with people directly at their desk as well as people working remotely or from home.  You should be familure with providing support using remote control tools and be able to explain technical issues in a way that is easy to understand.

You must be a self-starter who is motivated to learn new skills and be confident working on your own initiative.  It is essential that you can ask the correct questions to diagnose the actual issue and then be able to resolve it or refer to the appropriate team. 

You will be expected to record the information relating to a call accurately and be able to produce simple guides when necessary.

A good understanding of core IT systems and experience in supporting users using Windows 10 and Office365 is essential as well as an understanding of networking and WiFi.

You will be working within a small team of technicians under the supervision of a team leader.
