  • Information stands in the college foyer promoting Reading for Wellbeing; Choose Life; Cool Heads; Eat Better, Feel Better campaign; Health Walks; the dangers of Legal Highs; alcohol awareness; health and wellbeing support; local activities – The Pickaquoy Centre; The PT Studio; Orkney Active Schools; KGS Sports Centre.

  • Monday 16th, 10am to 2pm and Friday 20th, 10am to 2pm - Keep Well Checks (open to people aged 40-64) and mini health checks (open to any age group). To make an appointment contact aimee.pottinger@uhi.ac.uk.
