Eadar 16-20 Gearran 2015, bidh an seòmar-bìdh ag iarraidh air  oileanaich, luchd-obrach is luchd-tadhail measgachadh de bhiadh fallain a bhios ri fhaighinn a ghabhail dham bracaist, lòn is dìnneir.  Bidh greimean-bìdh fallain gan tabhainn a leithid measan is glasraich amh, tì mheasach, ‘smoothies’, cnothan is eile.

Diciadain 18mh san Atrium aig Àrainn Chaluim Chille:

Bidh bùird fiosrachaidh ann gus aire a thogail air slàinte san fharsaingeachd  - biadh fallain, eacarsaich, ìrean sàbhailte de dheoch làidir agus slàinte-inntinn, agus fiosrachadh bho ‘seall orm’ is ‘breathing space’.

Diciadain 18mh ann an Talla Dhonaidh Chaimbeul:

Bidh Rèis nan Chnapan-starra’ ann an TDC aig àm-lòin eadar 12.20-2f.  Thèid fàilte chridheil a' cur air gach oileanaich is neach -obrach a thighinn ann gus pàirt a ghabhail san fharpais agus bidh duaisean ann.

Between16- 20 February 2015 the canteen will encourage students, staff and visitors to choose a variety of healthy options which will be available at breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Healthy snacks will be offered  including raw fruit and vegetables, fruit teas, smoothies, nuts and raisins, muesli and healthy bars.

On Wednesday 18th In the Atrium at Àrainn Chaluim Chille:

There will be information tables in the Atrium, raising awareness about  health generally  - healthy eating, exercise, safe levels of alcohol, and mental health including information from ‘see me’, and breathing space.

On Wednesday 18th February in Talla Dhonaidh Chaimbeul:

There will be an obstacle race in TDC at lunch time between 12.30-2pm.  All students and staff will be warmly welcomed and encourage ttake part in this competition and there will be prizes.
