You can also get in touch with the Highlands and Islands Students' Association. HISA’s team of staff and officers are always on hand if you need advice, guidance or just a friendly chat. HISA’s dedicated staff member for nursing students is Mel O’Keeffe (melissa.okeeffe@uhi.ac.uk).
Students also have access to Togetherall, a digital mental health support service which is available online, 24/7, and is completely anonymous so you can express yourself freely and openly.
