Join our PDA in Team Leadership and Management (SCQF level 7), and gain the confidence and experience you need to excel in a team leader role. Designed to develop your competency and knowledge in providing direction and motivation to achieve consistent team success, gain new managerial skills and enhance your existing abilities in a shorter time-frame by studying these two SCQF level 7 modules, jointly certified by the SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) and CMI (Chartered Management Institute).

Entry requirements
- It is recommended that you have good communications skills, as evidenced by prior experience or SQA units at SCQF level 6

You will also choose one of the following optional modules:
- Human resource management: an introduction (SCQF 7)
- Marketing: an introduction (SCQF 7)

- You will learn through a combination of video-conference lectures and tutorials, and online study via the university's virtual learning environment (VLE), with support from your tutors
