Sarah Burton

Originally from Jersey, Sarah grew up in Glasgow before attending university in Dundee, studying for a BSc in microbiology. Following nine years working in medical and water quality microbiology, Sarah spent a further nine years in various roles with United Utilities in areas including financial planning, quality management, asset management and risk management. Living in the Highlands since 2006, Sarah now works in the third sector as a Regional Development Manager for a national education charity. With a lifelong passion for learning and development, Sarah has undertaken a number of voluntary roles throughout her career, all of which have been centred on developing and supporting other people and organisations to realise their full potential.
