A Foundation Apprenticeship in Business Skills helps you discover what a career in business would be like, and if it’s right for you - while you’re still at school.

You’ll try different business administration roles, shadow experienced staff, or do a special project and get the opportunity to learn about other management and business priorities, such as: digital marketing, procurement, supply chain management and enterprise.

At the end you will have a highly transferable set of knowledge and skills that can be applied in all sectors.

Foundation Apprenticeships are work-based learning opportunities as part of the senior phase offering. Foundation Apprenticeships are about getting out of the classroom and into the workplace, providing the combination of a recognised qualification and valuable work place experience in some of Scotland’s most exciting and growth industries.
