Heather Fotheringham is Quality Enhancement Impact Officer at the University of the Highlands and Islands. Heather is based within the Learning and Teaching Academy and her role includes research and evaluation of learning and teaching enhancements as well as analysis of data from student surveys, such as the module surveys and National Student Survey (NSS).
