Exhibition in Orkney Museum

Dr Alexandra Sanmark currently has a small exhibition in the Orkney Museum.

Dr Alexandra Sanmark of the Institute for Northern Studies in Kirkwall currently has a small exhibition in the Orkney Museum. The exhibition is entitled Viking Law and Order and features Alex’s recent research on Viking Age assembly sites in Scandinavia and the North Atlantic, which was also published as a book this summer. The exhibition tells the story of some of the Viking Age assembly sites in Orkney and how they compare to the Scandinavian assemblies. The last day of the exhibition will be Saturday 10^th February.
