Session Outline

Giving feedback to mentees can sometimes be daunting for mentors as they seek to both give robust feedback that will help mentees to progress towards their aims, and maintain the atmosphere of trust and informality that they have spent time establishing.

Anyone considering mentoring within the University Mentoring Scheme or anyone currently engaged in mentoring is encouraged to attend.
