UHI Perth is celebrating a generous festive gesture from local business Eko Installations, which has donated Christmas selection boxes to support students during the winter season.

The treats will be distributed through The Big Project, UHI Perth’s initiative providing free food, toiletries, and other essentials to learners facing financial challenges. With the rising cost of living continuing to impact students, this donation offers not only practical help but also a reminder of community care and kindness.

“The cost of living continues to put real pressure on students. Gifts like this can brighten the season and remind our learners that they are supported. We are incredibly grateful to Dale and the Eko Installations team for helping us make sure every student feels valued at Christmas.” said Sam Monie, Student Engagement Coordinator.

Eko Installations has a strong track record of supporting local community initiatives. Their contribution highlights the positive role local businesses play in improving student wellbeing across Perth and Kinross.

UHI Perth extends heartfelt thanks to Eko Installations for their generosity and continued support of the college and its learners.
