Has held a wide range of financial and commercial roles during a number assignments in both the UK and various overseas locations.

Specific experience includes planning and strategy, finance and control, performance management, business development, audit and compliance, as well as corporate governance.

Previous experience of Board membership and also of presenting to Boards and Audit Committees.

Has also been actively involved in learning and development in a corporate environment and previously served as Treasurer and member of the Board of an international school.
