The resource contains a Q&A session with a local Third Sector organisation, to provide an overview of the different skills and qualities the Third Sector look for in a volunteer, whilst also exploring the benefits of volunteering, and how this can support career progression.

This video resource will give you the opportunity to hear from staff and volunteers from HTSI, about what makes a good volunteer and why it’s important.
