This resource highlights three of the most essential roles within Highlands and Islands Airports Limited (HIAL), looking specifically at what the roles involve, the skills and attributes needed, some of the challenges faced and how to start on a career path with HIAL.

While the video resources were filmed on location at Inverness Airport, the content applies to the roles of the security officer, fire officer and service engineer at all 11 of HIAL airports across the Highlands, Argyll, Tayside, Western Isles and Northern Isles.
