The first of four development days was held on Tuesday, November 5 and focused on identity, impact and voice.  Further development days will focus on ‘politics and influence ‘, core leadership skills’ and ‘adaptive leadership skills’.  Programme participants will undertake a range of learning activities and take part in two action learning sets during the programme.  They will also be provided with a mentor through the University Mentoring Scheme. Arelene, Hannah, Katie, Lindsay and Rosalind are receiving lots of encouragement and support from last year’s participants and existing Aurora Champions.
