UHI Varsity

UHI Varsity 2026: uniting campuses through sport
UHI Varsity returns for its third year, bringing together students from across the UHI partnership for an unforgettable day filled with competitive sport and community spirit.
For the first time, the event will take place at the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing, UHI Perth, on Wednesday 1 April, 12pm to 4pm.
Organised by Active Campus Coordinators at UHI Perth, UHI Moray and UHI Inverness, Varsity gives student teams from these three UHI campuses the chance to compete against one another in football, basketball and volleyball.
With over 70 students taking part in last year's competition, UHI Varsity is about more than sport, it is about meeting new people, making friends and feeling part of the wider UHI community, all while representing your campus with pride.

Want to take part?
UHI Varsity is open to current UHI students based at UHI Perth, UHI Moray or UHI Inverness.
All abilities are welcome, whether you’re part of a regular team or just keen to give it a go.
Teams will be organised by campus, and places may be limited.
