The university has a license for Online Surveys (formally known as JISC Online Surveys or BOS) software.

This is available to staff and student but must be requested via Unidesk.

Staff can request access to this via the Unidesk form

Students will need to ask their tutor to request this and they will complete the form above on your behalf.
